Below is an explanation on how to book a rink

  1. Select the “Rink Reservation” menu item from the website or click on this link – https://www.lenziebowling.co.uk/rbs
  2. Enter your Username, this is usually your firstname followed by your surname with no spaces eg “JohnSmith”
  3. Enter your Password and then click on “Login”
  4. Once you login you will see a screen similar to this

    The numbers above refer to the number of 1/2 hour slots that you have already booked.
  5. At the top/right or the bottom/left of the screen, click on “Bookings”
  6. Ensure that you select the current Season in the “Session:” drop down box at the top/right hand side of the screen
  7. On the top/left hand side of the screen, click on the date to bring up the calendar and then select the date you want to book a rink on

  8. Scroll down to the time you want to book and click on the check boxes for the time slots you want to book

  9. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on “Create bookings…”
  10. On the first Notes line, type in the description of the booking
  11. At the end of the Notes line click on the down arrow to copy the notes entered to all time slots you are booking

  12. Click on “Create selected bookings” to finalise your booking.
