1. Select the “Rink Reservation” menu item from the website or click on this link – https://www.lenziebowling.co.uk/rbs
  2. Enter your Username, this is usually your firstname followed by your surname with no spaces eg “JohnSmith”
  3. Enter your Password and then click on “Login”
  4. At the top/right or the bottom/left of the screen, click on “Bookings”
  5. On the top/left hand side of the screen, click on the date to bring up the calendar and then select the date you want to cancel a booking
  6. Scroll down the page until you find your booking
  7. Click on one of the booking slots and the booking details will be shown on the right

  8. Click on “Cancel booking” then click on “Yes, cancel booking”
  9. Repeat the above for each booking slot
